Springfield Echelon Compensator

Made in USA, manufactured right here in Idaho. The RDI-ARMS Compensator for the Springfield Echelon is a top contender for recoil management. Our Large Volume Single Port(LVSP) design drastically reduces vertical & felt recoil, and improves the shooters ability to keep the firearm centered throughout the recoil cycle thanks to the side porting.

The Large Volume Single Port(LVSP) geometry on the Springfield Echelon Compensator is designed to more efficiently transition gasses out of the compensator, and reduce vertical recoil between 38-42% depending on ammo selection and grip strength. Furthermore, the side porting improves side-to-side stability throughout the recoil cycle by roughly 20-25%. The Echelon platform has shown it's one of the better candidates for compensator performance for us. Overall, the Springfield Echelon compensator smooths out the recoil substantially, and flows with the aesthetics of the firearm.

The refined geometry, and large volume of the compensator port also reduces the firearms sensitivity to ammo selection, allowing a wider range of choices without requiring a slide spring change under most circumstances. 

This compensator is tailored for performance over concealment, and is in the top of its class in terms of recoil reduction. Keep that in mind when deciding if it's right for you.
